Automatic discharge decanter centrifuge for waste water treatment
Water resource are key resources for human to survive. Human
ativities have lead to serve destruction of biological environments
and serious water pollution. Therefore, the protection of water
resources and administration of water pollution have become a
matter of greatest concern in morden society. Huading has
accumulated centrifugal separation technology widely applied in
water and waste water treatment to enable us to bring forwad

from drinking water treatment to urban and industrial waste water

Working principle
-Separation takes place in a horizontal cylindrical bowl equipped
with a screw conveyor.
-The feed enters a bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is
accelerated soothly by nan inlet distributor. The centrifugal force
that results from the rotation then causes sedimentation of the
solids on the wall of the bowl.
-The conveyor rotates in the same(adverse) direction as the bowl,
but slightly slower(faster), thus moving the solids towards the
concial end of the bowl. The cake leaves the bowl through the
solids discharge openings into the casing.
-The separation process runs through the bowl entire cylindrical
section, clarified liquids is separated by adjustable overflow
plate.
Design features
-Material: All contact with the material are made of high quality
stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel, bowl body are
centrifgal casing.
-Drive sysytem: The machine used double motor double frequency
conversion, and with multi-stage planetary gear drive.
-Lubricating system: In addition to traditional manual grease
lubrication, optional automatic grease lubrication to maximize the
main bowl bearing and screw bearing for real-time lubrication,
significantly improve the bearing and even the whole machine
reliablity.
-Wear protection: A wide range of wear protection are available,
including Welded haro facing or spray coating, ceramic port,Zn
carbide tiles, chilled hard metal portcastings .etc. all wear
protection elements, except welded hard facings or spray coatings,
are field replaceable.
