Filtration usually involves a circle of filter paper. folded to

Filter slag discharge process
With the increase of the filtration volume of the bleaching earth,
the filter cake layer becomes thicker and the filter resistance
increases, and the pressure in the tank rises. When the pressure
gauge on the upper part of the filter shows 0.4Mpa, stop sending
the bleaching warth to the filter tank. The mixed liquid, turn on
the air compressor, and input air into the filter tank through the
pipe through the overflow port. Under the action of the air
pressure, the oil in the filter cake is gradually pressed out and
returns to the decolorizing pot or mixing tank through the pipe.
After 30 minutes, the filter cake is pressed dry and the air input
into the filter is stopped. When the pressure gauge on the upper
part of the filter shows 0, open the butterfly valve, start the
vibrator, and start the slag discharge. When the slag is drained,
close the butterfly valve And all valves, start the next round of
filtration.

Working principle
Vertical pressure leaf filter, the filter pump pumps the filtrate
into the tank through the liquid inlet pipe, and fills it up. Under
the action of pressure, the solid impurities in the filtrate are
intercepted by the filter on the filtrate, and a filter cake is
formed on the filter. The filtrate passes through the filter
screen, enters the liquid outlet pipe and flows out of the tank
through the filter nozzle, so as to obtain a clear filtrate. As the
filtering time increases, more and more solid impurities are
trapped on the filter screen, which makes the thickness of the
filter cake increase continuously, which increases the filtering
resistance and the pressure in the tank. When the pressure rises to
a certain value, it needs to be discharged. Stop inputting the
filtrate into the tank and blow compressed air into the tank
through the overflow pipe, put the filtrate in the tank into other
containers, and blow dry the filter cake. Turn off the compressed
air, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator to vibrate the
filter leaf, shake off the filter cake on the filter screen and
discharge it through the slag discharge port under the tank.
