The three-phase working principle
The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain
differential speed between them. The materials will enter the bowl
from the feed tube. Under the action of centrifugal force field,
the liquid of the high specific weight will accumulate on the inner
walls if the bowl, and be discharged through the centripetal pump
or overflow plate. The liquids of low specific weight will form an
inner liquid ring, stick to the surfaces of heavy liquids, and be
discharged from the overflow channel. Under the action of the
spiral material pusher, the solids in the materials will be
continuously pushed to the taper end of the bowl and discharged
from the residue outlet after going trough the drying area.

Technical features
- All contact with the material are made of high quality stainless
steel, or duplex stainless steel.
- In order to ensure a high dryness cake, specially designed bowl and
spirals are pressed against the dewatered cake at the conical end
of the bowl in a high-pressure, two way manner to minimize the
moisture content of the cake
- The machine uses double motor double frequency conversion, and with
multi-stage planetary gear drive. The difference in speed between
the bowl and the screw can be automatically adjusted by the control
system in real time based on the characteristics of the raw
materials and the user’s requirements, ensuring consistency of the
high-dry mud cake, even in the case of changing raw materials. At
the same time unique DC bus-powered design, to ensure a strong
spiral torque, while greatly reducing power consumption. In
addition to include full hydraulic drive, including a variety of
drive options for the user to choose.
- A wide range of wear protection are available, including welded
hard facing or spray coating, ceramic port, zn carbide tiles,
chilled hard metal portcastings, etc. All wear protection elements,
except welded hard facings or spray coatings, are field
replaceable.
